    Because your face doesn’t need to smell like a garden. If you want something that smells like flowers your boyfriend never got you, buy a perfume, not skincare.

    Delivery can take a little longer due to unexpected delays - bad weather, too many chai breaks at the courier office, or just the universe testing your patience.

    Check your tracking link for updates (WhatsApp/email). If it still looks like it’s stuck in traffic, email us at dearglowinggods@yesterdayskincare.com and sit tight (maybe go wipe the dust off those books you thought you would read someday).

    If we haven’t shipped it yet, email us ASAP at dearglowinggods@yesterdayskincare.com with the correct address. If it’s already on the way, well… maybe make friends with your neighbors.

    The delivery guy might call you, but he’s not your crush - don’t expect a long conversation. If you miss the call, just track your order or reschedule with the courier service.

    If your cart is treating itself to luxury (aka meets our free shipping limit i.e. above Rs. 800), shipping is on us. Otherwise, standard shipping charges apply.

    Had a change of heart? If we haven’t shipped it yet, email us with your order number. If it’s already on the way… well, looks like you’re about to have really nice skin. If you still want to cancel, just don’t accept it when it arrives (but trust us, your skin will be mad at you).

    Once approved, refunds take 5-7 business days to reflect in your account. We wish we could do it faster, but sometimes banks move slower than your ex’s WhatsApp replies.

    If your order arrived damaged or faulty, we’ll replace it - no stress. Just email dearglowinggods@yesterdayskincare.com with your order details and proof. We got you! (But don’t try to make a fool out of us - we’re cleverer than we look.)

    If you ordered from another platform, you gotta take it up with them first. We don’t ghost our customers, but we also don’t run their policies.

    Wrong product? Damaged goods? Missing items? We got you. Used it, and then decided you suddenly don’t want it anymore? That’s a no, bestie.

    If we messed up, of course. If you just changed your mind after using half of it, that’s between you and your shopping addiction. Yeah, that’s not how skincare (or life) works.
